Community Forum Mini Grants

The abuse of opioids, methamphetamines, and other prescription drugs has had a devastating impact on many Hamilton County neighborhoods and communities. Families, children, businesses, schools, and faith communities have all been affected. The purpose of this grant to build community engagement around preventing substance use/misuse and raise awareness about the abuse of prescription drugs.

A Call to Action - Community Forum provides a venue to bring all members of a community together to gain a better understanding of the impact of substance use disorders and how communities can work together to combat this epidemic.  

A Call to Action - Community Forum provides information on the following:

  • Getting individuals the treatment they need
  • Reducing harm caused by the opioid epidemic
  • Prevention opioid misuse
  • Cutting the supply of opioids
