Ethics for Prevention
In any human service field, it is important to practice ethical behavior. Though prevention specialists are not working in a clinical setting, ethics are still a crucial part of effective and quality prevention services. Join us as we explore Ohio’s Code of Ethics for Certified Prevention and its applications to our day-to-day work.
Registration deadline is Tuesday, December 31, 2019.
- Those looking for 6 hours of Prevention Ethics must attend both the Morning Session (Part I) and Afternoon Session (Part II)
- For 3 hours of Prevention Ethics attend Morning Session (Part I)
- Three (3) of Prevention CEUs have been approved for Part I and Part II sessions. Those individuals that attend both sessions will receive six (6) Prevention CEUs.
Training can be used for Social Work ethics credit hours. ** Note this training is specific to the Ohio Code of Ethics for Prevention Professionals which is a non-therapeutic credential.
