Welcome New Board of Trustee Members!

Please help PreventionFIRST! welcome our newly elected board of trustee members for the 2016-2017 year. Matthew Clayton, Health Commissioner, Springdale Health Department; Tim Volpenhein, Tax Manager, Deloitte; Dave Wallace, Staff Attorney, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit; Mary Wolff, Director, Coalition for a Drug-Free Clermont County.
 
Matthew Clayton has a long history of experience in public health. For over 16 years he has held various positions in Southwest Ohio. Currently, he is serving as the Health Commissioner for the City of Springdale. Matthew has been married to his wife for 9 years and together they have four children, three of whom are adopted. He and his wife are members of the foster and adoptive community in Southwest Ohio and are also active members in their church where they are involved in youth activities and scouting.

Tim Volpenhein was born and raised in Northern Kentucky and currently resides in independence, KY. He attended Eastern Kentucky University where he played basketball and graduated with an accounting degree. Post college Tim played basketball professionally for 2 seasons in Quakenbrueck, Germany. After hanging up his basketball shoes he began his accounting career at a regional firm Decosimo, CPA's and worked there for 4.5 years. Currently he is the Real Estate specialist at Deloitte Tax, LLP and has over 10 years of accounting experience. In his free time Tim enjoys hanging out with his wife of 9 years and their two children.

David Wallace has worked with the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati since 1990 and is a graduate of the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers. He serves as board chair for Beech Acres Parenting Center as well as the Executive Service Corp of Cincinnati. In addition, he is a graduate of Leadership Cincinnati class 39 and has served on the board of Parks and Recreation for the City of Madeira, Kids Voting of SW Ohio, First Unitarian Church, and United Way's Review and Investment Committee.

Mary Makley Wolff is a former Clermont County Chamber of Commerce board member and currently serves as Director for the Coalition for a Drug-Free Clermont County. In addition, Mary is a member of Loveland and Milford Miami Township Chamber of Commerce, AARP, Ohio Statewide Prevention Coalition Association, PreventionFIRST!, Workforce Readiness Team and the Connect Clermont board. She is also a youth mentor at Loveland High School.
